1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• If the course is canceled or postponed by the company.

2. Refund Request Process

• Submit a refund request via email to info@teckinsey.com within the eligible period.

• Include the following details in your request:

o Full Name

o Course Name

o Date of Enrollment

o Payment Receipt or Transaction ID

o Reason for Refund

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under these conditions:

• Failure to complete the course due to personal reasons after the refund window closes.

• Violation of the terms and conditions of the course.

• In cases where access to downloadable materials or certifications has been granted.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
